Getting Started
How do I log into my dashboard?
Go to app.chironlabs.ai and enter the email you signed up with. We'll send you a secure magic link — click it and you're in. No password needed.
How was my website built?
We used AI to analyze your existing website (or social media profiles) and rebuilt it from scratch using modern web technology. Your content, colors, and branding were preserved, but the design, performance, and SEO foundations were completely rebuilt.
Can I see my website before it goes live?
Yes! We build a demo at yourbusiness.chironlabs.ai for you to review before anything changes on your actual domain. You only go live when you're ready.
Website & Edits
How do I request changes to my website?
Email support@chironlabs.ai with your request. Be specific about which page and section you want changed. We'll make the edit and let you know when it's live.
What counts as a "small edit"?
A small edit is a change that takes under 15 minutes: updating a phone number, swapping a photo, changing hours, tweaking text, updating a price. Larger changes (adding new pages, redesigning sections) may count as multiple edits or require a plan upgrade.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! We deploy your demo to yourbusiness.chironlabs.ai first. When you're ready to launch, we point your existing domain to the new site. The process takes about 10 minutes and has zero downtime.
What technology is my site built on?
Next.js (React), deployed on Vercel with a global CDN. This means your site loads fast anywhere in the world, is mobile-optimized, and scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse.
Billing
Are there contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your site stays live until the end of the billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period. After that, the site goes offline. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days if you're not satisfied.
SEO & Reviews
How long does SEO take to work?
Basic SEO (getting indexed by Google) happens within 1-2 weeks. Ranking improvements for local keywords typically take 2-4 months of consistent optimization. The Pro plan accelerates this with monthly blog posts and technical improvements.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile?
On Growth and Pro plans, we can connect to your GBP to pull reviews and sync information. On the Pro plan, we can also post review responses and GBP posts on your behalf.
Can I control which reviews show on my site?
Yes. By default, we show 4- and 5-star reviews. You can adjust this threshold in your dashboard settings.
Technical
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site includes SSL (HTTPS), is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure, and follows modern security best practices. No WordPress plugins, no outdated PHP — just clean, fast, secure code.
What if my site goes down?
Vercel provides 99.99% uptime. In the rare event of an issue, our monitoring will detect it and we'll resolve it. You can also check your site status in your dashboard.
Do you store my customer data?
Contact form submissions are stored securely in our database with row-level security. Only you and your team can access your business's data. We never share customer information.
