I can't log into my dashboard
Try these steps:
- Make sure you're going to app.chironlabs.ai
- Use the same email address you signed up with
- Check your spam/junk folder for the magic link email
- The magic link expires after 10 minutes — request a new one if needed
- If you're still stuck, email support@chironlabs.ai
My website looks different on my phone
Your site is designed to be responsive — it intentionally looks different on mobile vs. desktop. This is a feature, not a bug. If something looks broken or content is missing on mobile, email us with a screenshot and we'll fix it.
My contact form isn't working
Check these things:
- Make sure you're filling in all required fields (name is always required)
- Check your dashboard — the lead may have been captured even if you didn't see a confirmation
- Try submitting from a different browser or device
- If the issue persists, email support@chironlabs.ai with details
I'm not showing up on Google yet
This is normal if your site is new. Here's the timeline:
- Week 1-2: Google discovers and indexes your site
- Week 2-4: Your site starts appearing for branded searches (your business name)
- Month 2-4: Rankings improve for local keywords (with Growth or Pro plan)
If it's been more than 2 weeks and you can't find your site by searching your business name, contact us.
My Google reviews aren't showing on my site
Check these things:
- Reviews display requires the Growth or Pro plan
- Make sure your Google Business Profile is connected in Settings
- New reviews may take up to 24 hours to appear on your site
- We only show reviews with 4+ stars by default — check your threshold in Settings
I got a notification about a negative review
When you receive a 1-2 star review, we send an SMS alert so you can respond quickly. Here's what to do:
- Log into your dashboard and go to Reviews
- Read the review carefully
- Check the AI-suggested response — edit it to add a personal touch
- Approve the response to post it to Google (Pro plan) or copy it to post manually
Best practices for negative reviews:
- Respond within 24 hours
- Be professional and empathetic
- Address specific concerns
- Offer to make it right offline
My site is loading slowly
Your site should load in under 1 second. If it feels slow:
- Check your internet connection first
- Try a different browser or clear your cache
- If it's consistently slow, let us know — we target 90+ Lighthouse scores and will investigate
I want to change my plan
- Log into your dashboard
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select your new plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at next billing cycle

Something else is wrong
Email support@chironlabs.ai with:
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- A screenshot if possible
- Which device and browser you're using
