Leads

The Leads section shows everyone who has contacted you through your website's contact form.

What You'll See

Each lead shows:

  • Name and contact info (phone, email)
  • Message — what they said when they reached out
  • Service requested — if they specified what they need
  • Source — which page on your site they came from
  • Date — when they submitted the form
  • Status — where they are in the pipeline (new, contacted, quoted, booked, completed)

Lead Pipeline

Leads move through stages:

  1. New — Just submitted the form. You haven't responded yet
  2. Contacted — You've reached out to them
  3. Quoted — You've sent a price or estimate
  4. Booked — They've confirmed an appointment or job
  5. Completed — The work is done
  6. Lost — They didn't move forward

Lead Temperature

Each lead gets a temperature rating:

  • Hot — Ready to buy, time-sensitive, or high-value
  • Warm — Interested but not urgent
  • Cold — Just browsing or low intent

Notifications

When a new lead comes in:

  • You'll see it in your dashboard immediately
  • If you have SMS alerts enabled, you'll get a text for hot leads
  • Weekly email reports include a lead summary
