The Reviews section helps you monitor, respond to, and grow your Google reviews — all from your dashboard.

Available on Growth ($59) and Pro ($99) plans.

What You'll See

• Review feed — All your Google reviews in one place, newest first
• Rating overview — Your average rating and total review count
• Sentiment analysis — Common themes across reviews (service quality, wait times, pricing, etc.)
• Response status — Which reviews have been responded to and which need attention

AI Review Responses

For each new review, our AI generates a suggested response that:

• Matches the tone of the review
• Thanks the customer by name
• Addresses specific points they mentioned
• Keeps it professional and on-brand

How it works:

1. A new review appears in your dashboard
2. You'll see the AI-suggested response
3. Edit it if you'd like, or approve it as-is
4. On the Pro plan, approved responses auto-post to Google

Review Alerts

• Negative reviews (1-2 stars) trigger an instant SMS alert so you can respond quickly
• Weekly email includes a review summary with highlights

Requesting More Reviews

On the Pro plan, you get tools to encourage happy customers to leave reviews:

• Review request link — A direct link to your Google review page
• QR code — Print it and display in your shop, on receipts, or on business cards

On the Growth and Pro plans, we display your best Google reviews directly on your website with a review carousel showing star ratings and customer quotes.
