How Keyword Tracking Works

We track up to 20 keywords for your business, checking Google daily for:

• Organic position — Where you rank in regular Google search results
• Map Pack position — Where you rank in the local 3-pack (the map section)

Both mobile and desktop rankings are tracked separately, since Google shows different results on each.

Understanding Your Rankings

• Positions 1-3: You're at the top — great visibility
• Positions 4-10: First page — most people will see you
• Positions 11-20: Second page — much less traffic
• Not ranked: Your site doesn't appear for this keyword yet

For the Map Pack, positions 1-3 are the only ones that show without clicking "More places."
