Settings
The Settings section is where you manage your account, notification preferences, and subscription.
Account
- Email — The email address you use to log in
- Name — Your display name in the dashboard
- Business info — Your business name, phone, address, and category
Notifications
Control how and when you hear from us:

Subscription
- Current plan — See which plan you're on (Starter, Growth, or Pro)
- Upgrade/downgrade — Switch plans anytime, prorated billing
- Billing history — View past invoices
- Cancel — Cancel anytime, no contracts
Google Business Profile Connection
On Growth and Pro plans, you can connect your Google Business Profile to:
- Pull reviews automatically
- Post responses to reviews
- Sync business hours and info
To connect:
- Click "Connect Google Business Profile" in Settings
- Sign in with your Google account
- Select your business location
- Authorize ChironLabs to manage reviews on your behalf
Data & Privacy
- Your data is isolated — no other business can see it
- We never share your customer information
- You can export your data or request deletion at any time
